Biweekly newsletter about the latest news and updates on innovation and diversity in wearable tech, health tech, and IoT space.
Happy Monday everyone! 🙂
This year, World Menopause day falls on Monday 18th October - which is today! 🙂 The purpose of World Menopause Day is to raise much-needed awareness of all aspects of menopause.
Over 1 billion women across the world will have experiences perimenopause by 2025 and the industry represents a $600 billion spending opportunity.
Of the $254 million invested in technology for women’s health over the past decade, only 5% has gone to menopause treatments; the lion’s share of that funding was devoted to reproductive health and fertility.
Read about some of the most innovative companies in this space in this article by our partners Menlo Park Recruitment - Menopause Tech.
Thank you for tuning in this Tuesday, happy reading! Marija & Anja 💌
