Happy Monday everyone! 🙂
On March 22, our founder and CEO Marija Butkovic took part at the femtech panel, organised by our friends and members Barclays Eagle Labs, where the speakers discussed the current state of the femtech industry, why the sector has seen substantial growth, the challenges it’s facing, the investment landscape, what the future looks like and everything in between!
Other panelists were Gervase Fay, founder and Commercial Director of Health & Her, Tess Cosad, co-founder and CEO of Béa Fertility and Elaine Galston, founder and CEO of The Bettii Pod, Mentor, Assessor and Investor of Investing Women.

In April, we are continuing with our FemTech Untapped webinar series, and next month we will be covering innovations in maternal and infant health and wellbeing.
Becoming a mother is one of the most beautiful and empowering experiences for some women, but at the same time it is often an overwhelming one. On average, parents lose 44 nights of sleep in just their first year of parenting. Sleep deprivation can have a serious impact on a new mum’s health, and life. A woman’s body undergoes a major transformation during pregnancy—and an equally major one after labour and delivery. But between caring for their baby’s health, feeding, sleeping, and their development, mums often forget to take care of themselves.
How can tech innovations help and support new mothers on their motherhood journey and improve their and their baby’s health and wellness? Join us for another FemTech Untapped event and meet some of the most innovative companies working tirelessly to give women the help and support they deserve.
Speakers include Sarah Dorsett, Chief Executive Officer of Nanit, Mia Funt, co-founder and President of ByHeart, Laura Clapper, Chief Medical Officer of FemTec Health and Laura Chambers, Chief Executive Officer of Willow Innovations.
🤝 Our webinar partner for this session is ByHeart - a next-generation baby nutrition company dedicated to transforming the feeding experience to do better for babies (and their parents). Their "No-Compromise Nutrition" is driven by a revolutionary approach to combining all-in-one benefits and certified cleanest ingredients – finally in one bottle – so parents don’t have to choose. ByHeart is the first new infant formula brand to own ingredient sourcing, manufacturing, and research and development facilities, and one that has clinically proven (in their own trial) their closeness to breast milk.
